Service Description. This Site describes Yard Cleanup, Tree Trimming, Mulching, Hardscaping, Paver Installation, Garden Maintenance, Weed Control, Hedge Trimming provided by Three Hibiscus. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://threehibiscus.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Three Hibiscus or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Three Hibiscus reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Three Hibiscus makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Three Hibiscus's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Three Hibiscus against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
